The Foundation seeks to limit the activities and identify the needs and services required and to develop programs and plans to improve the Yemeni society and work to mobilize the environment and exploit them for the development and development of the target community .

مؤسسة إنسانية غير ربحية اجتماعية خيرية , أنشئت من أجل تقديم الخدمات النوعية في مجالات الرعاية الإنسانية بأنواعها المختلفة . تسعى المؤسسة إلى حصر الأنشطة و تحديد الاحتياجات والخدمات المطلوبة و وضع البرامج والخطط للارتقاء بالمجتمع اليمني والعمل على تحريك إمكانيات البيئة واستغلالها من أجل تطوير وتنمية المجتمع المستهدف ،أسسها مجموعة من الحالمين تحت شعار (( أحساس المسئولية ومتعة المشاركة والإنجاز))
